The new issue of Rivista Universitas, European Higher Education Area (EHEA): Policy Developments and Trends, explores the main transformations currently shaping the European Higher Education Area. Its contributions examine the governance of the Bologna Process, digitalisation and the automatic recognition of qualifications, academic cooperation and the evolution of quality assurance systems. The volume also addresses artificial intelligence in university governance, academic freedom and institutional autonomy. Particular attention is devoted to mobility, internationalisation and the historical development of the NARIC network.
